All products are digital. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to your purchased content. Nothing physical will be shipped to you.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If you do not receive this within 24 hours please contact us at mike.digitalpaydays@gmail.com.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted and content has been delivered.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the following circumstances:

You were charged incorrectly or charged twice
You did not receive access to the product you paid for
There was a technical fault preventing you from accessing the content

To request a refund under any of the above circumstances contact us within 7 days of purchase at mike.digitalpaydays@gmail.com with your order details.

UK customers: this policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days unless you have already started downloading or streaming the content and acknowledged that your cancellation right ends at that point.

When you purchase a product you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal and business use.

You may not:

Upload our materials to any third-party platform
Reproduce or republish our content without written permission
Use our content to create a competing product or course

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and legal action where appropriate.

Your results will depend on many factors including your effort, experience, market conditions, and other variables outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money by following our methods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Paydays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
